I made this video of Blaine’s performance of Cough Syrup but edited with scenes of Blaine and Kurt/Blaine. I think it’s hard for a lot of people (including me) to watch the original video for obvious reasons, but I really like this song/performance so at least this way I can re-watch it over and over again. (Also my sister (@myfoolisheart) pretty much forced me to do it!)

Congratulations, Darren.
Not only on your first of many Broadway performances, but on everything you’ve done in the past couple of years. Congratulations on AVPM, AVPS, Starship, Me and My Dick and Little White Lie. Congratulations on StarKid and everything it means to so many insecure or sad or nerdy or weird kids just like me all over the world. Congratulations on Glee, and the amazing character, Blaine Anderson, that you have brought to life. Congratulations on all your fans: the StarKids, the Gleeks, new, old, everyone. Congratulations on being an amazing role-model for me, and for so many people around the world that want to say no to status quo.
Darren, you taught me that I’m not alone. You helped me learn how it feels to have a home. I mean, come on. You’re Harry freakin’ Potter! You taught me that there’s nothing more badass than being myself.
And for that, Darren, I say thank you, from the very bottom of my heart and congratulations on everything. You have succeeded in business without really trying. (Okay, you have tried, but I just had to say it.)
